In the class, students will use the traditional French folding method to make puff pastry, and use the French AOP butter to make crispy and delicious puff pastry. Students will also use the puff pastry to make two types of French pastries: Palmier and Almond Sticks. 
It is time to show your gratitude to your relatives and friends by giving them this delicious treat during the festive season!
 
Each student can take away about 10 pieces of Palmier, 8 pieces of almond sticks and a beautiful gift box.
