Seeya In Kitchen has specially invited the owner and chef of the popular dessert shop Spindrift in Kaohsiung, Taiwan to come to Hong Kong to teach everyone how to make the store's most popular item - the classic original layer cake!

 

In addition to managing a dessert shop, Shrimp Ball also has extensive teaching experience. I have traveled to different studios across Taiwan to teach how to make layer cakes and share my experience.

 

In addition to experiencing mille-feuille pancakes and cake spreading, participants in the class can also taste the cakes made by the teacher on the spot.

 

Course content:

- Demonstration of lasagna batter

- Demonstration and experience of pancake frying

-Internship in whipping fresh cream

-Internship on cake spreading skills

-Explain how to preserve layer cakes and how to change the crust and fillings
