Avis believes sweet treats make people happy and they mark the happy moments that is worth celebrating. Ever since she has owned her first home oven, making sweet treats for her friends and family has become her holiday ritual.
Over the years of a lot of trial and error, Avis realizes that baking is a form of art and science which requires a lot of practice and knowledge in order to achieve the balance of the appearance and flavor.
It was when Avis decided to go to Le Cordon Bleu Tokyo to enhance her knowledge. She subsequently took part in various courses in Taiwan and Hong Kong and obtained various certifications in the field.

Since 2020, Avis started to teach in the renowned cooking studio Cooking Fever and has provided services to various organizations, including but not limited to, Shu uemura, Link Hong Kong, AXA, RPC, Math Concept, HKECIC and different schools etc. She also earned the opportunity to create recipes for Brand's products and took part in the video recipe shooting.
In 2022, Avis established her first studio Seeya In Kitchen, in Sheung Wan, hoping to share what she has learned, and provide a clean and well-equipped environment for everyone to enjoy the fun of baking together!
